Membership questions

What's the difference between the plans?

Both provide the same Premium benefits, including Premium e-books, supported word-by-word poem translations and Premium Early Access. Monthly Premium renews automatically, whereas the One-Month Pass ends without renewing.

Can I cancel Monthly Premium?

Yes. You can cancel from your profile. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

Do I need an account?

Yes. All downloads, including free e-books, require an Islamic Qalam account. Premium access is linked to your account.

What happens when my access expires?

You can keep files you have already downloaded. To generate new Premium download links, you will need an active membership or another pass.

What is Premium Early Access?

Selected poems and videos may be made available to Premium members before their public release date. Once the release date arrives, that content becomes available publicly as normal.

How do word-by-word translations work?

On supported poem pages, Premium members can hover over individual words to view helpful English word-by-word translations. Availability varies by poem.

Are all e-books included?

All e-books marked Premium are included during your active membership. Free e-books are available to every signed-in user.
